Go back to the original click on the rar file again and allow the download manager to download the rar file. Note some of these activex files cannot be downloaded by a download manager and must be downloaded normally through save. By the way if the html file downloaded is the same size as the rar, then I would rename the html file to. But it's unlikely. Just a suggestion. Yeah, they are the same size, and took as long as they should have to download, but I tried converting it by changing the extension and it just added it to the name. And I used auto intigration with IDM, so it should wait for the actual file, and not just the link.
